All Other Times

• 1/2 down at time of booking;
• Remainder due 15 days prior to arrival.

During Christmas / New Year and Spring Break

• Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival receives full refund;
• Cancellation 30-15 days prior to arrival receives a 50% refund;
• No refund within 14 days of arrival.

All Other Times

• Cancellation 15 days or more prior to arrival receives full refund;
• Cancellation 15 – 8 days prior to arrival receives a 50% refund;
• No refund within 7 days of arrival.
